Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

We provide a software-as-a-service platform for PDF parsing, machine translation, layout rendering, quality checks, and file delivery. To operate the service, we use OpenRouter as the model gateway and provider-routing layer, Fly.io for PDF compute workloads, Cloudflare D1 for account and job metadata, and Cloudflare R2 for uploaded and generated document artifacts. Data sent between these systems uses encrypted transport.

Machine translation may contain errors or omissions. If you use outputs for legal, medical, safety, compliance, or other high-risk purposes, you are responsible for qualified human review before relying on them. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, with reasonable notice where practicable.

Your Content

You retain your rights in uploaded files and generated outputs. You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to upload, process, translate, store, and download that content using the service.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, store, and process your content only as needed to operate the service for you. This license ends when the relevant retention, deletion, and backup periods described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy expire.

Retention and Deletion

Uploaded PDFs, glossaries, translated files, quality reports, and similar downloadable job artifacts are normally deleted from active storage within 30 days.

If you delete a job, request deletion, or delete your account, we will use reasonable efforts to remove associated content from active systems sooner, subject to technical limits, in-progress processing, fraud or security review, billing reconciliation, and legal obligations.

Backup copies and short-lived caches may persist for a limited additional period before automatic overwrite or removal. Those copies are not intended for normal customer access.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.
• Upload content you have no right to process, or use the service for export-controlled material, unlawful surveillance, malicious code, or other prohibited content.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance. Subscriptions renew for the period shown at checkout until cancelled through the Customer Portal before the next period. Job credits are charged from the server-confirmed PDF page count and then-current rate; charged credits for a confirmed failed or cancelled task are restored through an idempotent compensation. Credits consumed by successful jobs are generally non-refundable except where required by law or an operator-published refund policy. You are responsible for accurate billing information.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, or misuse the platform. You may close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting wynnjawoo@gmail.com.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
