4. Payment and Billing Data — Billing records and transaction status from payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers.
5. Document and Job Data — PDFs, glossaries, translated files, quality reports, and related job configuration or output artifacts that you upload, generate, or download through the service.

How We Use Your Information

How the Service Processes Data

To deliver the service, we use the following infrastructure and service providers:

• OpenRouter acts as the model gateway and provider-routing layer for translation or other model-backed requests.
• Fly.io runs PDF processing and related compute workloads.
• Cloudflare D1 stores account records, job metadata, and similar application data.
• Cloudflare R2 stores uploaded PDFs, glossaries, translated files, and related downloadable artifacts.

Data is transmitted over encrypted transport. Third-party providers process information only as needed to operate the service and under their own applicable terms and policies.

Document Retention and Deletion

Uploaded PDFs, glossaries, translated outputs, quality reports, and similar document artifacts are normally deleted from active storage within 30 days.

If you delete a job or ask us to delete document artifacts earlier, we will use reasonable efforts to remove them from active systems sooner, subject to technical constraints such as in-progress processing, fraud or security review, billing reconciliation, or legal obligations.

If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize personal data that we no longer need to operate the service or meet legal, accounting, or security obligations. Some limited records may be retained where retention is required or reasonably necessary for those purposes.

Backups and short-lived caches may keep copies for a limited additional period before they are automatically overwritten or removed. Those copies are not intended for normal customer access.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in these limited cases:

• With service providers who help us operate the service, under confidentiality agreements.
• With processors that provide storage, payment, email, PDF compute, and model routing or inference where required to deliver the service.
• To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
• To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.
